Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
Your privacy matters to Inatom Labs Private Limited, operating as Cube ("Cube," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website (cubehq.ai), use our platform and dashboards (app.cubehq.ai), or engage us for digital marketing, SEO, Amazon seller management, or related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors to our website;
- Prospects who request a demo, contact us, or sign up for updates;
- Customers and authorized users who use our Services, including our dashboards and connected integrations; and
- Individuals whose data we process on a customer's behalf under a service agreement (e.g., a client's Amazon seller account data, Shopify store data, or website analytics data).
Where we process data on behalf of a customer under a services agreement, we act as a processor/service provider, and the customer's own instructions and agreement with us govern that processing. For all other data described below, we act as the data controller.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you give us directly
Name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, billing/payment details, and any information you provide when requesting a demo, signing up, or contacting us.
b. Information collected automatically
IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns, collected via cookies and analytics tools when you use our website or platform.
c. Client account and business data
To provide our Services, we access and process data connected to your business accounts, which may include:
- Website and CMS data (for SEO and content work)
- Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center data
- Shopify store and app data
- Amazon Seller Central data, accessed via Amazon's Selling Partner API (see Section 4 below)
- Advertising platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
d. Information processed through AI-enabled features
If you use AI-powered features of our platform (e.g., Ai image audits, Ai keyword recommendations, AI content generation), the inputs you provide and the outputs generated are processed by us and by our AI subprocessors as described in Section 5.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our Services;
- Generate recommendations, reports, audits, and content on your behalf;
- Communicate with you about your account, deliverables, and support;
- Process payments and manage billing;
- Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot our platform;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- With your consent, send you marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
We do not sell your personal information or your business/client data.
4. Amazon Seller Data
When you authorize Cube to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's Selling Partner API, we access data including your listings, orders, inventory, pricing, Buy Box status, financial data (fees, refunds, settlements), advertising and campaign data, and Brand Analytics/Search Query Performance reports.
We use this data solely to provide analytics, diagnostics, and recommendations for your Amazon seller account. We do not sell this data, and we do not combine it with data belonging to any other seller.
Read-only by design. Our Amazon services read your data to generate scores, diagnostics, and recommendations. We do not make changes to your listings, pricing, inventory, or advertising campaigns without your review and approval. Approved changes are delivered as an upload file for you or your authorized team to submit to Amazon.
Retention and deletion. We retain your Amazon seller data only while your authorization is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you revoke our access, or close your account with us, we delete your Amazon seller data within [X days], except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
5. Subprocessors and Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only with subprocessors bound by contract to use it solely to provide services to us, and never for their own purposes or to train their own models without our authorization.
None of our subprocessors are permitted to use your data to train AI models. Each retains data only per their own standard retention period (up to 30 days for Anthropic and OpenRouter), except where retention is required for abuse prevention or legal compliance.

We will update this section if we add, remove, or change a subprocessor.
6. Other Ways We Share Information
We may disclose information:
- With service providers who support our operations (hosting, analytics, payment processing);
- For legal reasons, if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
- With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.
Where you connect a third-party integration (e.g., Google, Shopify, Amazon, Meta) through our platform, that provider's own privacy practices govern how it independently uses your data — this Policy applies only to our own processing.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand usage through analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal and client data only as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Amazon seller data follows the specific retention terms in Section 4.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@cubehq.ai. If your data was collected because your organization is our customer, we may direct your request to that organization, consistent with our agreement with them.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at support@cubehq.ai.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
