Audits Every Listing for Errors That Cost You Sales
Scores every ASIN across Content, Images, Catalog Integrity, Visibility, and Creative - then tells you exactly which fix to make first.
Cube's AI Amazon Operator reads your Seller Central and Ads data, diagnoses what's actually costing you money - a suppressed listing, a lost Buy Box, an understocked ASIN, an underperforming campaign - and recommends the next fix, with the evidence behind it. A human approves every change before it goes live. Brands working with Cube see measurable gains in Buy Box retention, listing quality scores, and true profit per ASIN.

The most awesome businesses use Cube.
From new-age brands to established enterprises.
Most Amazon tools show you what happened. Cube tells you why, and what to do about it. Our AI Amazon Operator connects to your Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API data - listings, orders, inventory, pricing, Buy Box status, advertising, and Brand Analytics - and turns it into a single, prioritized action list. No more toggling between six reports to figure out if a sales dip is a listing problem, a stock problem, or a Buy Box problem.

Scores every ASIN across Content, Images, Catalog Integrity, Visibility, and Creative - then tells you exactly which fix to make first.
Flags backend search-term byte-limit violations, title length errors, missing required attributes, catalog submitted-vs-displayed mismatches, and suppressed variations - before they cost you rankings or sales.
Buy Box %, revenue at risk, sessions, conversion rate, stock-out risk, and return rates - tracked per ASIN, updated continuously.
Cube's Listing Audit scores every SKU from 0-100 across Listing, Content, Catalog, Visibility, Creative, and Potential - then writes the fix: rewritten titles under Amazon's character limits, backend search terms trimmed to the 250-byte limit, bullet points, and required attributes filled in. Every recommendation names the exact rule it violates and the profit impact of fixing it.
An AI creative reviewer scores your main image, gallery, and A+ content the way an experienced Amazon creative director would - catching a non-white background, a product that doesn't fill the frame, added badges or text, illegible on-mobile copy, or images that contradict the title. Every listing gets a Creative Score, a plain-English verdict, and issues ranked Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
Track sales-weighted Buy Box % across your catalog, see exactly which ASINs are losing the Featured Offer, and quantify the revenue exposed while you don't hold it.
Every recommended change becomes a reviewable line in a decision ledger. You approve what goes live; approved changes export as a ready-to-upload flat file. Cube is read-only by design and never writes to Amazon directly.
Builds a keyword coverage map from your Search Query Performance reports, showing which high-intent queries you have no presence on - feeding directly into keyword harvest and negative-keyword recommendations.
Days-of-cover tracking, stock-out risk alerts, and return-rate monitoring per ASIN - so ad spend gets paused before it's wasted on a listing you can't fulfill.
Every recommendation is ranked by what it protects or adds to contribution profit - not by traffic or vanity ROAS/ACOS.

Data handling
How your Amazon data is stored, used, shared and deleted. The full detail is in our privacy policy, linked below.
Cube accesses Amazon information only after a selling partner authorises it through Amazon, and only to provide the features described on this page for that account.
Each account's data is scoped to that account. It is never pooled with other sellers' data, never used to produce insights, benchmarks or recommendations for anyone else, and never used to publish insights about Amazon.
Cube's listing, retail-health and advertising features do not need Amazon buyer personal data. The app does not request the roles or permissions that would grant it.
Automated analysis receives only the information needed for the specific recommendation. Amazon information is never sold, rented or licensed.
Cube does not change listings, prices, offers, inventory or campaigns. You download approved updates as a file and upload them yourself.
Sellers can revoke Cube's authorisation from within Seller Central without contacting us. That account's Amazon data is deleted within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or above) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to named staff whose role requires it, protected by multi-factor authentication and logged. Access rights are reviewed quarterly and removed within 24 hours of a role change.
Data is kept only while your authorisation is active and the service needs it. When you revoke authorisation or end your subscription, we delete your Amazon data within 30 days, or sooner on request. We do not keep anonymised copies for benchmarking.
Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and database. Anthropic for AI analysis. OpenRouter to route AI requests to named model providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under terms that prohibit using it to train models. Links to each provider's terms are in our privacy policy.
Compliance and structural checks run as deterministic rules in our own systems. AI models assess listing copy and images and write the explanation attached to each recommendation, for the authorising seller's account only. They receive the minimum data for that recommendation: listing content, images, search-term text and the performance figures the recommendation relies on. Providers do not train on it and delete it within their standard retention period of up to 30 days, except where they must keep content for abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Recommendations are produced by AI models and statistical checks. They can contain errors, so each one is shown with its evidence and the date of the Amazon report it is based on. Listing and offer data refreshes daily; Search Query Performance data follows Amazon's weekly and monthly reporting cycle.
We maintain an incident response plan with defined roles, reviewed every six months. Any security incident involving Amazon information is reported to Amazon within 24 hours of detection, and affected sellers are notified.

Cube connects to your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts through the Selling Partner API, audits your listings, tracks Buy Box health, inventory, and true profit per ASIN, and recommends prioritized fixes. You approve the changes; Cube never edits your account without your sign-off.
No. Cube is read-only by design. It reads your data and recommends changes, but every change is reviewed and approved by you (or your team) before it goes live, typically as a bulk-upload flat file.
Seller Central shows raw data across separate reports. Cube combines listing, inventory, pricing, Buy Box, and advertising data into one prioritized list, and tells you the specific cause and fix - not just the numbers.
It's a 0-100 score built from five factors - Content, Images, Catalog integrity, Visibility, and Creative - that reflects how complete, compliant, and conversion-ready a listing is. Each score comes with the specific issues lowering it and the fix for each.
Yes. Cube tracks Buy Box % per ASIN, flags which listings are below threshold, and estimates the revenue at risk while you don't hold the Featured Offer, so you can prioritize which ones to fix first.
Yes, as an optional add-on. The Advertising Operator module joins your Sponsored Products data to your retail and fee data, so ad decisions are measured against contribution profit rather than ROAS alone. It flags search-term waste, budget-constrained profitable campaigns, and spend running against low stock or a lost Featured Offer, each with the evidence behind it. Cube doesn't change bids, budgets or campaigns: you approve each recommendation, and approved changes export as an Amazon bulk-upload file for you to submit. Requires connecting your Amazon Ads account.
Cube requests read access to your Selling Partner API data: listings, orders, inventory, pricing, Buy Box status, Brand Analytics/Search Query Performance, and advertising reports. It does not require write access to make its recommendations.
No. Your data is used solely to provide analytics and recommendations for your account and is never sold or combined with other sellers' data.
No. Recommendations are written in plain English with the exact fix and the file needed to apply it. No SP-API or catalog-management experience required.
